Management. Everyone’s workload is out of this world and expectations are far too high. Constant uncertainty of job security is just ironic given this company’s mission. Lack of transparency and leaders are ready to take credit for your hard work to make themselves look good and valuable. Shame because the mission and product are great but they are losing their own employees and morale. Diversity and inclusion is also a joke here. Just look at their leadership page on their website to give you any glimpse.
