      Pros

      Working at DailyPay has amazing perks, first and foremost of which are the company's people, mission, and product. Everyone is incredibly collaborative, not to mention it's a very encouraging, social, and fun environment. Every week you see real, tangible improvements to the organization, along with efforts made on inclusion, education, and growth. Great place to work all around.

      Cons

      Some typical growing pains of a startup, but in my experience, they are nothing compared to some other startup environments from first-hand and third-party feedback at other organizations. While the benefits aren't necessarily as flushed out as a Fortune 500 Company, I'm impressed at how many other great benefits and perks there are, not to mention those that continue to get added on a quarterly basis while I've been at the company.

      Pros

      Everyone here believes in the value of the product and doing what it takes to make the company better. The growing pains of a typical start-up are a scarce here but, as expected, the workload and responsibilities of your role are large but you feel as though you are constantly making an impact. The management do a great job of making you feel valued and within your first few weeks, you already feel the warmth and compassion from the team. The snacks and dog are great bonuses too.

      Cons

      Roles and responsibilities are still being fleshed out so there is some ambiguity into what you will be/are doing at times but this leaves room for you to forge your own path.
