Pros

Engineering leaders are kind you want to be working for. The company has a ton of market to pursue, if they can figure out a strategy that doesn't kill their momentum.

Cons

The market downturn forced this company to face the reality that they bit off more than they can now chew. I would recommend it as a great place to work as an engineer, but I imagine that there will be some turbulence for a while. The product was somewhat dysfunctional.
