Pros

In demand product, market leader, and well known brand. Solid sales management with documented success (both in past and present). Sharp teammates, with full resources and support of entire org.

Cons

Longer interview process (for sales), but being picky is a good thing! If you are currently interviewing, hang in there...it's worth it.

Thank you for your honest review, it’s through these reviews that we continue to become a better place to work. It’s important to us that our people become the best versions of themselves. That’s why we invest in helping them develop through many different company initiatives: - Individual Development Planning & Career Conversations: Supported twice a year but can occur at any time between a Leader and their Team Member. - Learning Stipend: Each DailyPayer receives a learning stipend to be used towards professional growth (e.g., workshops, certifications or conferences). - Amazon Free Books: We provide a free book purchase program with Amazon for books geared towards team member development. - DEI Education: We believe that DailyPay wins with diversity and we are committed to learning and moving people from general awareness to personal ownership of inclusion. We host all hands education sessions targeted to provide a deeper understanding of the lived experiences of others. We also host fireside chats featuring external business leaders who explore issues and share leader insights/lessons around inclusion, leading teams and how to make an impact. These initiatives complement other engagements hosted as part of the recognition and celebration of Heritage Months. - Leadership Training: We invest in our people leaders via formal training in Franklin Covey’s 6 Critical Practices of Leaders and our internal Director Leadership Program.
