      Pros

      Supportive, thoughtful, caring, and giving best describes the culture at DailyPay. I have been given the chance to build out a whole new department. An opportunity that I am just so excited about and to know that everyone around me is just as excited is what makes every day a good day!

      Cons

      I am a remote worker and just wish that I was closer to our HQ now that I have met so many other co-workers that work out of the office - would be so nice to work in our beautiful office with such great people. BUT, I get all kinds of ways to interact with them virtually and in person.

      Pros

      Quick growth is very exciting -- this is a great company with a great product that's helping more people take control of their finances and live their best lives. Everyone wants to be here, and everyone's excited about doing cool things and making everything the best it can be.

      Cons

      With quick growth comes growing pains. Processes that worked a few years ago with a much smaller company aren't as effective as they used to be, so there are a lot of process and organization challenges as the ramp keeps getting steeper. If you don't have a collaborative, "nothing exists yet, but let's get creative and figure it out!" attitude, this might not be the place for you.
