Pros

- company is going places - work from home flexibility (for now) - free lunch (in office only) - most of the people are great - reason why a lot of us stay.

Cons

- pretty bad work life balance - salary is low but expected to work 2x as much - too much politics - expected to come in 3-4 days/week after Labor Day even with delta variant and no proof of vaccination required (attestation only)

Pros

there are absolutely none that I can think of.

Cons

be prepared for the past of a certain senior leadership member influencing good people not join the company. they won't say it but we also lose business because of it. not being supported by your manager. experts who cause more problems than the solutions they provide . they are only worried about how they can promote themselves, their agenda , their pet projects, and getting rich if the company ipos. absolutely no work/life balance. you have to have to work all the time to keep up with senior management's ever changing mind and unrealistic expectations. plus the fear of being fired if you can't keep up. no career advancement or promotion opportunities unless you are part of the "in" crowd. not being given the resources needed or promised to do your job. no transparency on anything. getting lip service about how we care about you but when it comes down to it it's all hot air - they don't give two craps about you. lack of diversity - they say we win with diversity but it's not true.
