Pros

- high growth industry - free lunch - unlimited pto - some good people here

Cons

- ceo openly advocates for reps to share misleading data/info with partners - no career advancement unless you are white or in close proximity to whiteness - demanding hours with unrealistic expectations and the constant threat of being fired unless you fall in line - office politics are brutal - takes high performing employees for granted and throws them away when convenient

Pros

Really good product in a hot industry. Fun ra ra company culture with a lot of free swag if you’re into that kind of thing.

Cons

My opinion is that the senior leadership is very disorganized. 2 months into the year and there is still no sales plan. Quotas are up, accelerators have been nerfed, and there’s minimal new leads to work. Radical and abrupt changes get made with zero input from or heads up given to sales directors or reps. It’s weird. AEs greatly outnumber SDRs. SDR team operates at 100% turnover and has been undermanned/under-managed for some time. You will only make real money if you stay 2-3 years or get lucky. Assume your realistic earnings are 25-50k lower than your “OTE”. Assume you’re on your own to develop your territory, prospect contacts/opportunities and run full sale cycles. Quotas are not realistic without hitting a home run.

Thank you for your feedback. We agree that our positive company culture is one of the great things about DailyPay. It’s generated from the top down and by a leadership team that believes not only in the mission and vision of our organization, but in the people who work to bring that mission and vision to life. As we continue to evolve as an organization, workflow changes, training, and processes grow in step with that evolution. We look to provide competitive compensation and sales plans that reward contribution and provide great upside. One of our values is about starting simple and iterating to improve, and we will remain focused on how we best do that. Recognizing that you’ve left DailyPay, we’d welcome hearing from you at people.ops@dailypay.com.

Pros

I have been feeling extra appreciative of DailyPay as of late. Here are a few things that DailyPay does/has done in the past to support us financially and reward our commitment to success: - Merit Increases - "Thank you" bonuses to 2020 employees - Qualified Non-Elective Contribution 401k for 2020 - 2021 401k match - Competitive compensation and rewards for the sales team giving you a strong opportunity to earn! - Learning and Development Stipends to support personal/professional growth These are just some of the many investments that DailyPay has made in their people in the last year alone. It really showed me how much we're valued.

Cons

Nothing- we are a hyper growth start up company, so nothing is PERFECT... but our company invests in us, supports us and has put each of us in a position to grow personally and professionally.
