      Pros

      DailyPay is a high-growth, fast-paced environment that has an amazing culture, incredibly talented employees, and a fantastic mission to help people get paid when they need it. People are ALWAYS willing to help, leadership cares and does what they say, and we're providing a ton of value for folks who need their wages when they're earned.

      Cons

      If anything, still some maturing to do, but that's to be expected in a high-growth, relatively young company. No complaints whatsoever.

      Great culture, people and product. Leadership genuinely cares about their people. Very transparent as well about business trajectory. Very collaborative teams.

      Pros

      - fast growing company - friendly, bright, cool people - good work culture - great managers, internal mobility, and benefits - decent pay - nice office

      Cons

      - because it is fast growing, some days here and there can get busy - senior directors+ seem to be overwhelmed with workload and may not be as in-tune to manager level and below - culture can get pretty political, and to be promoted you have to be “in the circle.” I have heard this is especially the case in the marketing organization
