      Pros

      #1 pro is the inclusive and fun culture as a whole! Everyone is so nice and helpful - it has more of a "family" feeling than I have experienced previously Great benefits include free lunch, monthly meetings/happy hours/celebrations, "casual" attire is the norm, some WFH days are negotiable

      Cons

      As cheesy as it may sound I can't think of any cons. I have truly enjoyed my experience so far at DailyPay

      Pros

      Everyone here believes in the value of the product and doing what it takes to make the company better. The growing pains of a typical start-up are a scarce here but, as expected, the workload and responsibilities of your role are large but you feel as though you are constantly making an impact. The management do a great job of making you feel valued and within your first few weeks, you already feel the warmth and compassion from the team. The snacks and dog are great bonuses too.

      Cons

      Roles and responsibilities are still being fleshed out so there is some ambiguity into what you will be/are doing at times but this leaves room for you to forge your own path.

      - Nicest, kindest people I've ever worked with. - Unlimited PTO - FREE LUNCH - Supportive, great culture

      Cons

      Could be more benefits related to 401k and remote work (see below), but other than that no cons I can think of. I recommend DailyPay to everyone I know job searching :)
