Pros
- Strong leadership - There are good and hardworking people working globally round the clock to keep the dailypay network functioning. - Crystal Clear Communication - Using tools like slack , zoom and through personal 1:1 conversations between the manager and each member of the team , this company has built a very inclusive work culture, where no matter the designation one would not be left out and they would heard. - Parties & Celebrations - I had the pleasure of working in the belfast , NI office where almost each festival was celebrated in a splendid way.
Cons
- As I was a placement engineer , maybe I don't know much about office dynamics but seriously speaking there were no cons.
