Pros

The job itself was wonderful and rewarding. The company really does try to appreciate all the employees and take care of as many animals as possible. A very positive and rewarding environment.

Cons

The management was downright bad. The adoption center and spay/neuter clinic managers were petty and immature. Upper management was disconnected and generally uninterested in the employees and their concerns, and were more interested in making sure the numbers looked good. The pay is also pretty low for the quality and quantity of work.
