Caring/innovative coworkers committed to animal welfare

Lower pay than private sector but that's all non-profits

it was fun most of the time

too many white people work here and they primarily serve people of color. the company culture is not one where they take intersectionality into account. on top of that the class divide makes it difficult for some staff members, especially in upper management to recognize how their company's culture is extremely damaging and draining on the staff that work there who are people of color. same goes for trans issues as well.
