Pros

The organization is dedicated to helping animals as much as possible. Dakin is constantly implementing new enrichment and medical practices to improve the environment for the animals.

Cons

The management care more about the animals than the employees. Employees are treated unequally, and expected to go above and beyond without being acknowledged or compensated. No room for growth whatsoever. They would rather hire outside than promote anyone.
