Pros

Great people to work with in most places, good salary if you know how to negotiate well, neat industry to work in.

Cons

Completely incompetant upper management, got worse the higher up you'd go. Went BANKRUPT!

Good experience gained quickly, lots of people leaving so plenty of opportunities to grap a promotion

Cons

Chapter 11 gave lots of problems, not sure a long term fix is in place.

Pros

Great environment, everyone is very nice. Probably the best work place I have ever been a part of. All of the upper level employees are down to earth and willing to help you out when you have a problem. There is nothing bad that I can say about this company. I feel that they are more than fair and are a quite remarkable. Some of the most experienced and influential people I have ever met are currently employed at Dana. They have an edge in the industry and are definitely a company that people should watch for in the future .

Cons

I can not say there are many ,if any, downsides to working for such a great company. They provide a very good surrounding to work in and are very accommodating of your personal life. The only thing that maybe a negative, are the cubicles. Although they are not normal cubical they have a very open feel to them. People are around regularly so you do not feel secluded. As I previously stated, I love this company and feel that they will do better than expected in the near future. Even though the automotive industry is going through a rough time, Dana incorporates innovative methods that will prevail over their competitors.
