      Pros

      Few redundant roles, ability to identify a problem and work on the solution, opportunity to move between companies if you are good at your job

      Cons

      Only one person to handle multiple jobs, so you are always waiting in line to get someone to do the work you need them to do. You will not really know when you have done something well based on management feedback, but will surely know when you have done something wrong.
