Good partership with the work partners, but they need more sales tool training, at leaste they are trying to get better

Well focused company on growth. Implemented a lean system for yoy reduction of complaints by 50% or sales growth by a strechted goal for a specific country or area. One system implemented and owned by all companies under Danaher. The CEO would only request data based on that model, real leadership.

Cons

Very hard working environment, goals need to be met. Upper management involved in details as well.
