      It was a better place 10 years ago

      Cons

      The HR is dealing with employees as risk and exposure. Do not believe the " Zero Tolerance Retaliation " All are just slogan to make the company's website look good. But toxicity and politics are deep culture in this corporate and most of it's if not all operating companies under. If you are white enough for them you can get away with whatever you would do pretty much. If you are not white enough then it is better to look for another job.
