Pros

Very good culture. We can work independent and get very good support from manager and team. Especially my team Software development is real good environment and people respect each other and have lot opportunities to learn and growth wise super.

Cons

May be bit less pay then other companies.

Good Work Life Balance, Large Green Campus, Stable Company, Talented engineers, Good R&D laboratory infrastructure, supportive management( atleast in my case - Drives Software team)

Cons

Very far from the better part of city, long commute time, Bad Chennai Weather
