Low expectations, multiple shifts, paid vacations.
Cons
Pay is almost the same as it was 20 years ago! Favoritism, dishonesty, inconsistent work and pay that must be checked. Most management treats the job like high school. Almost no accountability or credit. Falsified metrics, questionars, and reviews. High deductible insurance and such tedious and changing benefits that it's hard to keep current info. Lots of show with no follow through and complete disregard to quality and waste management.
