Bonus system and generous paid vacation Employee Referral Program Some positions offer 1st, 2nd or 3rd Shift, as well as remote work options Danfoss is very communicative and transparent, from the top down. Definite feeling of being on a team!

The Company is extremely profitable but is constantly under some sort of cost cutting scheme. It can get very old talking about how your bonuses need to be reconfigured using a different methodology when they had posted record profits 5 straight years.
