Very good culture. We can work independent and get very good support from manager and team. Especially my team Software development is real good environment and people respect each other and have lot opportunities to learn and growth wise super.

Very professional, very skilled co workers. responsibility for a, or more departments, very varied and challenging task, robots, servos, programs, a wide range of machinery, but at other time it was just about cleaning a machine. A good way to learn a lot in a good way. flexible times. Good pay

Cons

At times very strict and hard line social structure. A lot of danger and dirt, heat, pneumatic, high pressure, electricity and moving parts. I still have 10 fingers. location had only job for me.
