Pros

Spending money on cosmetic upgrades.

Cons

Doesn't value input from employees. Lack of communication Leadership is mostly unaware of what jobs on the floor entails. Started with plan A,B and C. But now on plan W,X.... No well thought out realistic sense of direction.

Cons

Don't join Aero-Thermal group in Tallahassee Florida. The manager of this group is a rogue and rude person. He harass brown skinned employees. The HR and top management support this guy and encourage racism.
