They will exploit you

Pros

Firearm discounts. The pros end here

Cons

They will tell you, you may have to work overtime. The reality is you will always work overtime with the chance to not have it sometimes. They will not treat you like a person rather a resource to be exploited If you are a veteran do not expect to be able to attend your VA appointments without getting dinged on attendance points. Upward mobility is nearly impossible. If you do end up losing your job for any reason they will fight you on your unemployment. There is a double standard for hourly and salary employees in favor of the salaried employees. They tend to lay people off when things get tight. This happens often because they are terrible at managing their money.

Pros

Clean, new machines, generous breaks, easy work. Good entry level job to get in to the cnc trade. Not a career though by any means.

Cons

Layoffs with no notice or severance pay, mediocre benefits, pay is about 10-15K BELOW the industry standard. Upper management truly does not care about the employees, they literally screw you every single chance they get. If you dont know someone you are not going anywhere
