Constant Pressure to work more overtime Constantly on your feet Heavy on the bureaucracy at times There are often disconnects between floor staff and office (I have been told this has gotten much better in the time since I have parted ways)

Pros

Clean AC facility. Exposure to various CNC type of machines but no training provided.

Cons

Long hours (60 hrs/ week) for too many weeks. Management is not organized which equates in stress to lower level employees. Not sure about the quality of the product anymore. Health insurance premium is very high.
