Mid and upper management are LIARS!!! Communication is a joke! Put on a show of being God fearing good people, but actions lean toward making the devil proud to call them his own.

Loved what I did...but NOT going to kiss any butt to keep a job. There is definite favoritism amongst people that work there. If you are a brown-noser you can keep your job. You can also work there for 6 months and be promoted over others that have been there for years. When the quota for the bonus was exceeded one particular month, when it wasn't expected, the bonus was very small but there was a brand new Range Rover out front for someone. I see where the bonus went. The company used to be very grounded and straight up. Too much time and money wasted with meeting "the stars". I cant name one song that Big and Rich nor Cowboy Troy sing but they are poster children for DD. The Super Bowl ad was a great idea and DD turned a negative into a positive. NASCAR...whatever. It is cool but put that money into the workers' pockets. The words "Christian values" gets thrown around in talking about the company but there have been things that prove otherwise.
