Where to begin? First and foremost is the lack of management in the Permian basin. You have an managers who are not present. One comment that stands out is telling individuals they need to be respectful to one another then immediately said, "but you need to have tough skin." So basically you have nothing to stand on after repeated actions that were detrimental to good people (abuse literally). We had one individual who ran off many people and that person has left after doing their damage. If you mention that you question spending, you will be gone in a flash, because you question how they are spending the company's money. Managers who only want employees from Danos' home state, Louisiana, in the Permian Basin cannot be good because you have to pay per diem. Some managerial level employees are working wage level jobs. How can they build a several million dollar building, when you can't manage your spending here on efforts. These managers are not good stewards of Danos' money. This company is toxic. Look at the loss of over 23 individuals in the management and admin staff (not including any wage roll individuals). Their God first focus is bogus. Felt as if was in the presence of the Devil instead. I am truly thankful to be out of that environment and on to better opportunities with people who appreciate good, hard-working, and smart individuals.
