This company has an extremely high turnover rate. Leadership just keeps throwing more work at you with tight deadlines, then suddenly changes priorities like nothing, so you end up redoing things all the time. A lot of managers don't really seem to know what they're doing, which makes everything more confusing than it needs to be. To add to all that, the workload keeps growing but your pay doesn't, and support is pretty much nonexistent. They talk about balance, but in reality you're expected to stay late and stretch way beyond your role. It gets mentally draining trying to keep up with all the back and forth. Do yourself a favor, stay away from this exploiting machine.
