Pros

Relative to the industry they treat their employees with respect.

Cons

Darden lobbies hard to keep minimum wage as low as possible. For a company that was built on taking care and retaining employees in a transient job market, they could go a lot farther to provide benefits and a decent health/dental plan. An emergency dental visit out of state for a badly chipped tooth cost me $1800 out of pocket.
