      Pros

      Darden is a strong company that has a bright future. I've been with longhorn since it was Rare Hispitality so I've seen a lot of change over the years.

      Cons

      Only downside to working for Darden is it's definitely a large company mindset. There isn't a personal connection to anyone above immediate supervisor, yiu are just a number.

      Great training, effective management, steady clientelle.

      Cons

      Prices are going down, you are limited to 3 tables at a time, concept is going in a direction that leads to less money made.
