Pros
College student working as a server (Olive Garden). The good totally outweighs the bad. I knew I wouldn't work here forever but it's graduation time and the employers are calling. Flexible schedule (given your schedule and can trade shifts w/ coworker), Family atmosphere, Job rotation allowed and smiled upon, Above average pay compared to comparable restaurants, Company prides itself on good looking, presentable employees, Closed on all major holidays, Does their best to respect necessary family time, Fairly open communication, Mgmt backs you up when it comes to unruly customers, Fast paced environment---anything can and possibly will happen! I love my coworkers...Like a big family!
Cons
Sometimes mgmt plays favorites but if you do well at your job it's easy to get on their good side. You have to speak---If you don't things could be unpredictable and go really bad. Sometimes you can't find someone to take shift and you must work.
