Pros

Can be fun to work at sometimes. Good chance of a flexible schedule for school. Able to move around the company if you change living locations. Many different jobs and environments.

Cons

Management isn't the best. No chance for a career or moving up unless you are a favorite and/or know someone. Not the best pay or hours. Management doesn't do enough to make employees feel they are wanted or needed.

Pros

1) Givin great training to start. 2) Good managers really make a difference 3) Easy to take time off 4) Ability to make cash almost every day

Cons

1) Fast pace nature of the business can be too much for unseasoned managers and workers. The combination of the two can really make for an unpleasant night here and there. 2) Free rider problem exists among servers, some work harder than others, but guests and management can't differentiate who's who. 3) Tips can be random

Pros

really high ceiling. room for advancement and the opportunity to work for a good group of quality professional people. Good environment

Cons

Having to work hard at things like filling salt shakers. Also the pepper shakers proved to be a difficult task to refill.
