      great company, but as a host at Seasons 52 you get the shaft

      great people, good company ideals

      Cons

      hosts at Seasons 52 do not get paid enough and are expected to do much more work outside of their job description, especially on busy weekend nights: you end up bussing tables, running food, and not getting tipped out for it

      Greedy Company ( Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Longhorn employees to work 28 hours maximum!

      Employees and Managers are hard working and helpful.

      Cons

      All restaurants will limit employee hours to 28 a week maximum.... Some locations are already doing this and the rest will start January 01st. Cheapest health insurance policy is now 300. a month per person. Who can afford that working 28 or less hours per week???
