      at best it is a foothold to a better position at another restraunt

      Pros

      This job can be a resume builder if you want to work at nicer restraunts some day. The job itself was stressful and demanding. The CPU interface for placing orders was easy to work with.

      Cons

      The hosts were often poorly trained. They would frequesntly double seat your section (sometimes even triple seat you).

      average $400 a week working part time 20-25 hours a week well prepared training and product knowledge test I learned more than I wanted to about wine It is a decent cardio workout

      Cons

      Can become frantic and chaotic during pushes such as an hour wait on a saturday night Management ignores you sometimes Can become very hot in the kitchen so you will probably sweat a lot running in and out of the kitchen

      Great brands Good benefits Great co-workers Orlando a nice location Challenging job assignments

      Senior HR Leaders--not productive, not trustworthy (integrity is questioned), EVP of HR for Darden has an agenda that is supported by other executive team leaders for fear of reprisal, and to be amongst favorites (required for promotions.) Corporate HR isn't employee friendly nor interested in valuing career aspirations nor contributions.
