Pros

this is a great place to work for students in high school or college. they have great insurance and health benefits.

Cons

the pay is very low. the paychecks go to health benefits and your tips go to bills and rent. hope you have parents to help get you through.

Pros

The Olive Garden is always going to be busy... people love some salad and breadsticks. It's pretty easy to learn the menu and computer systems, and the uniform is easy to find too.

Cons

Like any other chain restaurant, the OG is corporate, corporate, corporate. Mgmt is more concerned with bonuses than with food quality. They try to act like they are an all-caring company, with [programs like "Donate your Dimes", but in reality? Nope! They are slaves to the corporate machinr, and don't care about seniority, skills, personality, etc.
