      Pros

      Pay is good, with great bonus potential. Health care and benefits are good. They value your time off and seem to work with you on schedules

      Cons

      Backstabbing seems to be the majority of the games played at this establishment. I work for 3 different locations and if you didnt sleep with the boss or do drugs or fit in with upper managment, they would find a reason to get rid of you. Did not support there managment team with any type of backing if a customer complained or employee.

      Pros

      Benefits and compensation. Very good training program and you are treated very well from the company. I really recommend if you want to do nothing but manage at the restaurant level.

      Cons

      The hours can vary but for the most part, as a manager, expect to work 60 hour weeks. Also relocation is very hard to ask for when you are asking for a new city. You better be good friends with the director in all honesty.
