Work lots of hours , pay is average for duties

Cons

Forced overtime, adversarial relations managers vs. hourly employees, employees not treated the same worst employees treated best

Pros

Benifets and pay is okay Steady work Cuts to overtime....could be a positive for some

Cons

The pay could be higher, but so could most places. Supervisors are either old and don't care anymore or definitely lack in any people skills. Company talks about safety but almost require you to do unsafe acts or face multiple consequences. Favoritism is rampant among supervisors. HR is useless and cares about the company and will turn a blind eye.
