      I've had a great learning experience with my current organization. The exposure to new tools, cross-functional projects, and modern tech stacks has helped me grow both technically and professionally. Managers are generally very supportive, approachable, and open to ideas. The work culture promotes ownership and team collaboration. Internal knowledge-sharing and upskilling initiatives are also quite good.

      Cons
