For a company that has such a mature and well developed product, what was most enjoyable was the small, intimate nature of the team that welcomed me on day one. My manager was able to give me a very clear runway to onboard, and soon I after I met with my teammates and fellow members of the sales team. I've enjoyed the process thus far, and look forward to what the feature brings.

Cons

If you don't like working with motivated, driven people, then this isn't the company for you.

Dario has an amazing group of people all with the same goals - helping people with chronic diseases. The amount of internal support has been truly refreshing. The company sets you up for success by providing a thorough onboarding process, amazing tools, and people willing to help you. They have great benefits, and I love the culture they have created. You can tell they invest in their employees.

Cons

I'm only a month in so far, but I honestly don't have a single con.
