Very good vibes! You feel a very friendly atmosphere at the work place, very important for the Company to intrgrate the departments and give a warm welcome to the new employees. The social side is very nice, always nice events to celebrate the holidays & give back events to the community. It is a Company that listen to the employees.

My recruitment process was flawless. It was fast, coherent and clear. At the end of every step, I was told what is the next one and almost immediately got an invitation for it or was asked for a good time slot. It is very helpful for candidates to know exactly where they stand and to know things are handled and moving fast. A candidate has running processes in other companies and he/she need to be able to make their decision based on received input. A process like the one in Dario, shows the company in a very good light, as a serious company that knows what its doing and what it wants.
