Pros

Dario's product is amazing, helping people with chronic conditions. Having the opportunity to work with a global team of people who all believe in the mission and the product was an amazing experience. It was a pleasure to get up in the morning and go to work.

Cons

The company is in a field that is relatively at the beginning of a journey thus, the processes are being built and learned as they go. Those who are not resilient to change will be less suitable for the organization.
