The on-boarding process was great! from the beginning I received all the information I needed. the welcoming was so nice and warm. I had a 1:1 meeting with the managers to understand better the organization and the different departments, and also a Buddy for the first weeks.

I started to feel welcomed by the Dario family before my first day at the company. The communications and information I received prepared me for my first day and made me feel like a part of the Dario team. On my first day, my e-mail inbox was flooded with so many friendly welcome messages and immediately created a sense of connection to my colleagues. My on-boarding toolkit consisted of a "getting started guide," a personalized training plan, a schedule of 1:1 meetings with team members, and an on-boarding Buddy to help navigate the first few weeks on the job. I never felt so welcomed and set up for success. This experience brought the culture and spirit of Dario to life for me while setting me up for success.
