      Pros

      Hybrid Work Model that let you enjoy best of both the worlds. Work-life balance is generally respected, and the flexibility (e.g., remote work or flexible hours) has made a big difference.

      Cons

      Higher mangement is Israel based so initially I thought of that as a con but management plan monthly visits to India and are easly approcable. So I will not count it as a Con. Other than this I can't think of any con as of now but will honestly post it if I found any.
