      Best company that I've worked at so far.

      Pros

      My team lead and the HOD is always on the ground checking with how we are doing and whether there are anything that they can do to help make our job easier. Very well taken care of - even welfare.

      Cons

      Perhaps its the release of good people and hiring of not so good people. But who am I to judge in this.

      Pros

      Can't think of any besides automatically having a day off for your birthday

      Cons

      unpaid and expected to do more than your job description lack of progression/avenues to progress repetitive senior management - half of them are clueless heavy on micromanaging staff salary is terrible - raise was abysmal you most likely won't get a raise on your one year anniversary - they'll gloss over that the lack of diversity is outstanding - extremely embarrassing for a company that alleges to be doing so well
