Darktrace is an absolutely brilliant place to work and I couldn’t recommend it enough to anyone wanting to join. Having just returned to Darktrace for a second time I feel very lucky to be welcomed back with open arms. The whole Business development team are great people and I have made friends for life. It is an absolute joy to work with them each day. The Managers within the department offer constant support and if you are ever struggling they are always there to uplift you and help you perform again. There is a huge opportunity to earn lots of commission on top of a very generous base salary. If you work hard and perform well there is clear progression within the company. Free lunch every Friday is also a huge bonus!
