      Pros

      A fast paced role (AE) with good internal growth opportunities. Filled with ambitious young professionals. If you are looking for a challenge you have found it. A ton of autonomy that is matched by the expectations. Work hard play hard with the resources available to succeed. Growing fast and you see improvements daily/weekly. Personally love working here, if you like travel and are an adaptable person it's a great role.

      Cons

      - Past management problems (rectified, and active conversation to continue improvement) - Young company so naturally internal processes are inconsistent at times - Execs need to organize an explicit top-down plan to address internal concerns

      Pros

      I get to work with some of the smartest people and sell leading-edge technology in one of the hottest industries. When my friends and family ask me how I like my job, my go to answer has always been that I have a dream job and that I'm really lucky.

      Cons

      Travel, stress and long hours, however that is exactly what I signed up for.
