(Note these are only relevant to the Internal Development department) - Good work / life balance: no (or almost none) "crunch time" or overtime - No micromanagement: trusting management that gives you free reign to solve things the way you think best - Interesting work on cutting edge cybersecurity technology - Private health care - Very nice people, in a low pressure and friendly work environment
Cons
