-You move up the ladder quickly if you stick to it as there is a large employee turn over -Easy going, great co-workers -No weekends Vision, drug and dental after 3 months

Cons

-extremely stressful -very fast paced -you run 6-12 machines on a full line by yourself - little to no supervision -poor management
