Pay is okay. There are good people who work there and care about what they output. Decent benefits

Cons

Not many opportunities to advance if you are a lower level employee. Seems you will get stuck in the same position for years on end.

Work 8 Hours Get Paid for 8 Hours - Paid Lunch Break Great Benefits Good People to work with. Overall Great Job.

Cons

Management is sometimes unfair and uses buddy system. A lot of daily bs to put up with but what job doesnt have it.
