Pros

Benefits are pretty good. Lots of opportunity for industry learning, if you seek it out. Steady work with no fear of downsizing.

Cons

When I started at this company more than 10 years ago, it was an International business that functioned like a small business. What I mean is that Employees were treated as valuable commodities and it was not unheard of for people to stay with the company for 35+ years. Recently, the company has taken on a 'Corporate' mindset and Employees are now treated as cogs in their money-making wheel.

New management , treats high seniority employees poorly, expects way too much from employees. changes rules daily .
