      You get vacation sick days personal days

      Cons

      They add and add to your work people call out all the time there is no overtime you get a raise once a year if you did good it isn't much of a raise just a few cents

      Pros

      Fast growing company with a lot of opportunity for good people. Everyone has a lot of freedom to really "own" their job, everyone cares deeply for each other, and everyone watches each other's back.

      Cons

      The company is still growing so they don't have everything figured out yet. The systems and process are still being developed so it can easy to get lost for people who prefer simplicity.
